Why don’t you remove all of my cuticles?
We gently tidy and maintain cuticles rather than aggressively removing living tissue. This wellness-focused approach respects the cuticle's natural protective function while supporting healthy-looking nails.
Do you offer traditional pedicures?
We call our services Foot Wellness Experiences because each appointment goes beyond a traditional pedicure, combining professional nail and foot care with relaxation and thoughtful hospitality.
What polish is included?
Dazzle Dry polish is included unless otherwise noted. A natural buffed finish or UV gel polish is also available at no additional cost.
Can I choose a quiet appointment?
Absolutely. Conversation is welcomed, but never required. Your comfort guides the experience.
Why copper basins?
Handcrafted copper basins bring warmth and intention to the soaking ritual. Each bowl is carefully cleaned and disinfected between guests according to appropriate professional procedures.
Are appointment times exact?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling may be recommended so your experience remains relaxed and unhurried.
Can children accompany me?
Appointments are designed as child-free time so every guest can enjoy a calm, quiet, uninterrupted retreat.
When should I ask a healthcare provider before service?
Please consult a healthcare provider if you are recovering from surgery or a recent injury, receiving treatment for a serious health condition, or experiencing unexplained foot pain.
When might a service be postponed?
Services may be postponed for active fungal infection, open wounds, unexplained swelling, severe inflammation, contagious skin conditions, significant pain, or another condition needing medical evaluation. We provide cosmetic, wellness-focused care and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
